General Guidelines to Registering Teams at the Fall Kickoff Classic
Registering for the North Reading Fall Kickoff Classic is a TWO-part process. The first part is payment & team placement. The second part is submitting Team Roster and Player Liability Release Form.
Registration & Payment
The first part in registering is to process the payment for the team and provide information to help determine in which division or bracket the team should be placed.
We will be accepting teams in the following groups:

| Girls | $500 |
| Grade 5/6 | Boys | $500 |
| Girls | $500 |
| Grade 3/4 | Boys | $400 |
| Girls | $400 |

Team Placement
Please utilize the comments section in the on-line registration form to include some information that would help the Fall Kickoff Classic Committee in placing your team.
Please try to include the team’s record from the last season, team placement in the league and the number of first and second year players on the team. Any information is helpful in making the tournament competitive and enjoyable for all teams.
Schedules will be posted by August 30, 2023
Certified Rosters & Player Liability Forms
The second part of the registration process is submitting the team’s roster to the Tournament Director or Official Scorer.
Please send email of the scanned copies of the forms NO LATER THAN Monday, August 28, 2023.
The Team Roster must be certified by the league to which the team is affiliated to and must be supported by the League Commissioners.
Rosters must be submitted along with completed & signed Player Liability Release Form forms (one for each player).
No in-person registration packets will be accepted.
